We had the pleasure of creating all the VFX and motion graphics for this award-winning film.
The job was a complex and fast moving one, involving plenty of roto, compositing, 3D CGI and 2D motion.
At the time of production, the houses of Parliament and Big Ben were covered in scaffolding, so a lot of this needed to be removed. Countless TV screen, tablet, phone, and computer screen replacement had to be done to help present the narrative, of which we were careful to use as many of the real life reflections as possible, with some created to supplement.
As well as this was also the building of fake social media accounts and animating these into montage scenes to enhance the story. All were designed by us.
Overall the job was a huge success and the film went on to be nominated for both a BAFTA and an EMMY as well as winning Best Single Drama at the Broadcast Awards.
